FootieStocks provides a platform for users to trade virtual shares of football players based on real-world performance metrics. The platform is for entertainment and investment purposes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using FootieStocks, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

Each user is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of all accounts.

All trades are final once executed. You acknowledge that player values can fluctuate based on real-world performance and market conditions.

We charge a transaction fee of 2% on all trades. Additional fees may apply for deposits and withdrawals depending on your payment method.

Funds in your account are held in segregated bank accounts and are protected according to applicable financial regulations.

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your trading activities. We recommend consulting with a tax professional.

Users are prohibited from: (a) manipulating or attempting to manipulate player prices through coordinated trading; (b) using automated systems or bots for trading; (c) sharing account credentials; (d) engaging in money laundering or fraudulent activities.

Any violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

We employ advanced monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity and maintain market integrity.

All content on FootieStocks, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is owned by FootieStocks or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

Player names, images, and statistics are used under license from respective football associations and clubs.

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from platform downtime or technical issues.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Trading involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose money trading on our platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FootieStocks, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining funds in your account, subject to applicable fees and regulatory requirements.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FootieStocks is registered.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
